This area lies in the northern part of the Annapurna region and takes you to almost the Tibetan plateau which takes you to the capital of Upper Mustang, that is Lo-Manthang. During the tour, you will get to observe the snow-capped peaks of Mt. Annapurna and Dhaulagiri range. Apart, aerial views of villages, hills, mountains, waterfalls, and rivers would be something to remember for life lifelong period.

Itinerary

6.30 AM-7.30 AM: We shall pick you up from the hotel and take you to the domestic terminal of the International Airport, allowing you access to our helicopter.

7.30 AM-8.00 AM: We will brief you about the package, and process you for a scheduled helicopter flight to Mustang

8.00 AM-8.45 AM: The ride will be taken to Jomsom, where the helicopter will stop for around 5 – 10 minutes for refueling.

8.45 AM -9.15 AM: The next shift of ride will take to Upper Mustang that will offer stunning views of Mustang region, which is equally popular for its cultural heritages.

9.15 AM -10.00 AM: Landing in Lo Manthang, there will be 45 minutes to explore and enjoy Himalayan scenery. This will provide beautiful opportunity to explore the remote beauty here.

10.00 AM – 11.30 AM: The flight will then return back to Kathmandu. During return journey, aerial views of landscapes will also be observed. Flight can stop at Jomsom or Pokhara for refueling. Once back, Our team shall drop you to your hotel there.

Note: It is important to understand that a helicopter tour is suitable for all age groups and there is no first of altitude sickness. It is safe choice. Since this is a package of only a few hours, it would all move through short travel time. Through large transparent windows, things would be visible right in front of the eye, however there are things which are recommended to carry - warm trekking boots, water bottle, UV rays protected sunglasses, down jacket, lip balm, warm hat, snacks, camera, gloves. Upper Mustang’s weather can be unpredictable, it is always advisable to be preventive and make early morning plan there.
